Moulds and Equipment production
The operators' experience and the use of Cad-Cam technologies, ensure a strong synergy between workshop and technical department: they ensure the realization of the most suitable equipment for the transformation process of raw materials into thermoplastic product. Moulds, during their life cycle, will be maintained efficient through periodic inspections and through repairs that may become necessary, or modified to meet future production needs.
The department is endowed with: Machining Center, wire and plunge spark erosion machines, CNC and manual milling machines, CNC and manual lathes machines , Linear Grinding machine.An annual investment plan allows the department to keep up with technologies on the market.
